This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the multi professional team within the Community environment. This post is ideal for somebody who would like the opportunity to experience community work. The role incorporates the day to day management of patients within the community setting within their home environment under the supervision of the District Nurse/Sister and Clinical Lead involving a variety of skills inclusive of wound care, continence management, palliative care , health promotion, and venepuncture to name but a few. Training will be available and candidates will be supported with an induction and personal development plan.
