Midhurst Community Hospital is looking for enthusiastic & innovative nurses who are passionate about patient care & quality improvement in the clinical area.

Full & Part Time hours available
(Internal shift Rotation including weekends, bank holidays and night duties, flexible working considered within the team)

The Role: There is an exciting opportunity to join the nursing team at Midhurst Community Hospital, situated in the beautiful South Downs and only 30 minutes’ drive from Chichester.
Midhurst Community Hospital cares for semi acute admissions, rehabilitation; palliative and terminal care patients’ .The nursing team is supported by the on-site rehabilitation team, and works in close liaison with all members of the multidisciplinary team.

This is a fantastic role in which to connect with your patients implementing a holistic approach to patient care. We pride ourselves on working with patients to achieve their individual goals.

The Person: We are looking for an enthusiastic team member, who is compassionate, caring and dedicated to providing a high standard of nursing care for our patients. A Nurse who is keen to learn & innovate in the clinical area.

What we offer: We offer free on-site parking & a 2 week ward based induction where you will get the opportunity to work with different team members of the Multidisciplinary team. You will receive regular 1:1 supportive supervision sessions, a yearly appraisal and be supported with on-going training & professional development.
