Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust’s 2015 staff survey results are better than average in almost all areas and help rank the trust as one of the top 100 best places to work in the NHS (Health Service Journal). SCFT is the first NHS organisation in Sussex to be a ‘Living Wage Employer’.

The Trust is signed up to the disability confident scheme and we guarantee to interview all disabled applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.

The Lewes Victoria Hospital is a community hospital, providing high quality care in a supportive and friendly environment. We are looking for a proactive team player to join our dynamic ward team, managing patients and staff to a high standard. We can offer you professional support and mentorship and actively encourage innovative practice within a multidisciplinary team.

The post-holder will be required to work flexibly on both day and night shifts and, if required, to work/travel between bases.
