Adur Community Team (Shoreham and Lancing Team)

We are evolving with our Health Professionals and Local Community Partners to ensure we can deliver care to our community whilst sharing our skills and experience for the patient in the right way, at the right time and in the right place. We have 75 hours available for the Role of Community Staff Nurse and would love to hear from any registered nurse who would enjoy the challenge, the camaraderie and the opportunity to develop their skills, knowledge and further their qualifications.

We are an organisation which encourages and will support continued Professional Development We will offer an appropriate induction period and continue to support your learning needs while working with a range of specialist nurses, therapists, Social Services and Mental Health Workers as well as GP’s and local Practices.

We are very aware of how busy it is now in the community environment.

We welcome ideas on how to provide health support and have introduced a ‘Stretching Exercise’ fortnightly for staff with our Physiotherapist as part of this wellbeing.
