Posts available in: Mid Sussex, Horsham, Crawley

We currently have some vacant posts within the West Sussex  Healthy Child Programme teams.

We are looking to recruit dynamic, innovative, enthusiastic Health Visitors to work in West Sussex. As a qualified SCPHN (HV) you will be expected to work as part of a corporate team; have the ability to demonstrate evidence based practice and have a flexible approach to work and service delivery. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to team working and clinical leadership.

Full time/part time hours are available within the teams , offering health promotion advice and support to families with young children in line with the Healthy Child Programme.
