We currently have some vacant posts within the West Sussex  Healthy Child Programme teams.

We are looking to recruit dynamic, innovative, enthusiastic Health Visitors to work in West Sussex. As a qualified SCPHN (HV) you will be expected to work as part of a corporate team; have the ability to demonstrate evidence based practice and have a flexible approach to work and service delivery. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to team working and clinical leadership.

Full time/part time hours are available within the teams , offering health promotion advice and support to families with young children in line with the Healthy Child Programme. The HCP teams work within the local Integrated Prevention & Early Help (IPEH) system working with partner agencies to deliver a universal service to all families, taking a key role in child protection issues where identified.

There will be opportunities for continuing professional development for the successful candidate.
