District Nursing student (Community Specialist Practice) - Brighton University

 

This post is open to Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust post holders only.

A fully funded training opportunity to gain a recordable qualification and utilise the protected title of District Nurse (Community Specialist Practice Nurse) is now open to all experienced registered community nurses (at least 3 year’s post registration with 1 year community experience) working for Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.

Starting in September 2018 you will be seconded from your current position to undertake a 9 month full-time course to complete the PgDip/BSc Community Specialist Practice (District Nursing) course at Brighton University. Successful completion of the course will lead to registration on Part 3 of the NMC register, an NMC recordable qualification.
