Specialist School Nurse


Band 6 26.25 hours (3.5 days) but applications are also welcome from band 5 applicants where the post could be up to 32.25 hours.


Fixed term contract to cover maternity leave from February 2018-January 2019.


•This is a fantastic opportunity for a Specialist School Nurse with experience of working with children with disabilities to join our friendly and enthusiastic Children’s Specialist Nursing/Health Visiting Team in Brighton and Hove. You will receive excellent support and supervision.


•You will be working in a special school (Hillside school) providing a service to children with disabilities and their families, linking closely with school staff. The role will involve multidisciplinary working, assessment, care planning, delivering training and support to others.
